Mornings: M/W/F 5:30am

Afternoons: (Virtual) T/W/TH 12noon

Evenings: M/T/W/TH 5:30pm & 6:30pm

Attend as many classes as you like, as long as space is available.

Small Group Strength & Conditioning class with Nutrition guidance.

Ideal for clients who work or live in the Houston Inner Loop, or clients who enjoy virtual sessions and have basic equipment.

This package includes
